This site stores information submitted through the Priority List, speaker application, and sponsorship inquiry forms so organizers can respond and plan the event. Speaker evidence is private and available only to authenticated, authorized administrators. Priority-list information is not shown publicly.

The site uses account authentication for administration. The organizer must add a contact email and confirm retention, deletion, access-request, and data-sharing procedures before publication. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential client data.
